Steve Platcow is Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of RPM Advertising, Inc., a full-service marketing agency headquartered in Chicago, established in 1994, and serving Client-partners in the casino/gaming, automotive, healthcare, retail, and hospitality industries. Past and current Client-partners serviced by RPM include Harrah's Entertainment, Inc., Penn Gaming, the legendary Caesars, Bally's and Horseshoe Casino brands, White Hen Pantry, Field Museum of Natural History, The Daily Herald Newspaper and a myriad of other product categories including furniture retailing and automotive.

Prior to establishing RPM Advertising, Steve gained advertising and business executive experience at various agencies including FCB/Los Angeles and Nahser Advertising and has represented clients as diversified as Schwinn Bicycles, General Motors, CNA Insurance, Farmer's Insurance, Bang & Olufsen, and Buick, just to name a few.

Steve's professional reputation is marked by forward strategic thinking, the creation of the big idea, and the ability to motivate and inspire. Currently he serves as a board member of the Chicago Public Library Foundation as well as on the board of directors at the Illinois Chapter of the March of Dimes. Steve received a Bachelors of Science from Arizona State University in Organizational Communications, and also earned his Commercial Pilot's License in 2010, after successfully completing all education and certifications in single & Multi-Engine Land, and Instrument/Airplane from ATP (Airline Transport Professionals).
